Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a high-impact Operations Director to oversee daily operations across multiple early childhood education centers in Dallas, TX. You will coach Center Directors, drive staff retention, and elevate family satisfaction while ensuring licensing, safety, and quality standards.

This role uses KPIs like enrollment and revenue to guide decisions, supports community engagement and marketing efforts to grow enrollment, and partners with World Headquarters to implement company-wide

Qualifications

  • Early Childhood Experience.
  • 3–5+ years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in childcare, education, or retail/service industries.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and operational metrics.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of early childhood education standards, licensing requirements, and best practices is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field preferred.
