Job summary

Family Dollar in Butte, Montana is seeking a District Manager to lead at least 15 store teams across the district. You will drive profitability, ensure outstanding customer service, and maintain a safe, compliant work environment.

You will oversee merchandising, operations, and expense control, coach store managers, recruit talent, and execute district-wide programs. Travel up to 50% and engage with associates to uphold a customer-first standard.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• At least 5 years retail experience with at least 2 years multi-store experience.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills with ability to build an effective team.
• Ability to analyze, organize and present information, focused on results.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.

• Champion a customer-first mindset across the district, setting high and consistent standards.
• Travel up to 50% with occasional overnight stays to support and oversee store operations.
