Family Dollar seeks a District Manager to lead at least 15 store teams across the assigned area. You will drive profitability, customer service, and safety, while mentoring store managers to meet business goals.

Responsibilities include budgeting, merchandising, and process implementation to ensure district-wide consistency and strong performance. Travel up to 50% with overnight stays may be required.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• At least 5 years retail experience with at least 2 years of multi-store experience.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills along with the ability to build an effective team is required.
• Ability to analyze, organize and present information and focus on results is required.
