The role of the District Maintenance Supervisor is to provide support to the apartment communities in a manner consistent with USA Properties Fund and USA Multifamily Management standards and expectations. This includes responsibilities such as:

Compensation: $40 to $43 hourly, depending on experience.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is recommended. Minimum 5 years in property maintenance, with at least 2 years in environmental and business management. Certifications include Section 8 Housing Quality Standards Specialist. Prior supervisory experience is required.
Physical and Safety Requirements: Frequent physical activities include bending, climbing, pushing, reaching, lifting, and working in various environments. Use of safety equipment is mandatory. Valid driver’s license and insurance are required.
Work Environment: Mostly indoors, with outdoor work for certain tasks. Exposure to fumes and confined spaces is possible.
Skills: Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and property management software like Yardi.
