GPM Investments, LLC invites an Inventory Specialist (Part Time) in Milwaukee to join our district auditing team. The role centers on counting inventories, reconciling data with physical counts, and reporting discrepancies to improve accuracy and store performance.

This position supports cross-department processes and requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to handle varying store environments. Training provided; part-time hours available.

Qualifications

• Experience with store inventory audits or similar counting work.
• Ability to reconcile computer data with physical counts.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform store-level inventory audits and assist in identifying issues with managers.
• Develop preliminary audit schedules for the district and neighboring stores.
• Assist with invoices, store organization, price adjustments, and system abnormalities.
• Conduct visual store condition checks covering maintenance, safety, and loss prevention awareness.
• Complete 16–20 retail audits monthly and input data into computer systems.
• Aim to meet average counting goals while ensuring data integrity.
• Adapt to various working environments, including exposure to cold or heat.
• Communicate findings clearly in writing and verbally and collaborate with teams.
• Proactively suggest process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
