Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a District Inventory Auditor to maintain inventory integrity and drive operational excellence across the district. You will count physical inventories, reconcile with computer data, and generate audit reports while partnering with store and district managers to reduce errors.

This hourly position pays $20.00 per hour and requires visiting multiple stores, performing 16–20 audits monthly, and traveling with occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Audit store inventories and reconcile data with physical counts.
• Develop preliminary district audit schedule including neighboring store rotation.
• Assist Store Manager with invoice concerns, store organization, price adjustments and system abnormalities.
• Conduct visual checklists detailing store conditions, safety, marketing, and loss prevention.
• Complete 16–20 retail inventory audits monthly including lottery; import data to computer for processing.
• Achieve established average per hour counting goal while ensuring data accuracy.
• Travel to perform audits across the assigned market; overnight stays as needed.
