Qualifications

• Valid Arkansas educator license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education; master’s degree preferred in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education.
• Experience building teacher capacity such as a lead teacher or instructional coach.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom teachers by increasing rigor, student engagement, and differentiation to improve achievement.
• Foster positive relationships to promote a safe, collaborative learning environment.
• Model effective teaching, observe classrooms, and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate to design and align HQIM materials with Arkansas standards.
• Use data to identify learning gaps and create intervention/enrichment plans.
• Plan and deliver workshops to improve teacher knowledge and pedagogy.
• Monitor academic plans for targeted students and growth.
• Serve as an instructional leader at campuses and work with site leadership.
• Conduct continuous coaching cycles to build staff capacity.
