Job summary

Regional Finance of Mississippi, LLC. is seeking a District Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of 6–10 branch managers, driving sales, service and profitability. The role reports to Operations leadership and emphasizes compliance, talent development and district performance.

You will lead with integrity, analyze data, and foster a high-performance, customer-focused environment across multiple on-site branch offices while ensuring ethical practices and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 7+ years experience in consumer finance industry.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle with liability insurance.
• Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Enhances branch profitability, control and growth through strong leadership.
• Directs Branch Managers to achieve sales and collection goals while ensuring FDCPA compliance.
• Audits branch compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Trains and mentors branch managers and staff; develops succession plans.
• Communicates district and branch initiatives to team members with timely feedback.
