The ideal candidate will inspire and coach instructors to deliver exceptional fitness classes that engage our members. Responsibilities include managing class schedules, ensuring club cleanliness, and providing top-tier customer service. Strong leadership skills and a minimum of 5 years in fitness are essential.

The essential purpose of this role will be to lead the group fitness team by inspiring and coaching our instructors to maximize their class attendance and provide fun, safe workouts that deliver our members amazing fitness results! The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a manager including handling all aspects of hiring, coaching, scheduling, payroll and customer service.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited Group Exercise Certification
• Group Fitness Certification, Specialty Certification, CPR Cert.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to maintain clean motor vehicle record throughout employment.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from multiple job locations.

Salary Pay Range

$45,000—$75,000 USD
