Job summary

HES in Waco, TX is seeking a District Manager of Grounds to lead a small groundskeeping crew and ensure high-quality landscaping services for educational clients.

You will direct, train, and supervise workers, utilize CMMS software, enforce safety standards, manage scheduling, and coordinate cyclic projects.

Bachelor's degree preferred; Commercial Applicator and State Pesticide licenses required within 90 days; optional daily pay and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred for grounds management.
• Commercial Applicator License required.
• State Pesticide License must be obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Direct, manage, discipline, and train grounds workers.
• Utilize computer software and CMMS system.
• Lead a small crew of Groundskeepers in varied tasks.
• Mow turf, trim plants, prune shrubs, and maintain equipment.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in all tasks.
• Develop and implement cyclic work projects and schedules.
