Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a District Maintenance Technician to provide high-quality service for multiple clubs. You will perform routine maintenance, repair fitness and spa equipment, manage parts inventory, and coordinate with vendors and property management to keep facilities in top condition.

The role requires 2+ years in building or retail maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience in building maintenance or retail maintenance.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct club walk-throughs to ensure facilities meet Crunch Fitness standards.
• Update and maintain internal online work order program daily.
• Identify, repair, and maintain fitness and spa equipment for safety and usability.
• Manage parts inventory with accurate records of usage.
• Prepare weekly club visit reports and schedules.
• Train club staff for Level 1 facility and equipment repairs.
• Solicit bids and dispatch contractors for repairs.
• Assess contractor work to ensure proper repairs.
• Coordinate with property management for facility upkeep.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance per schedule.
