About You:

You excel at forward-thinking and taking initiative to achieve your goals. To feel fulfilled in your work, you need the autonomy to drive change and embrace independence. You are process-oriented and skilled at establishing systems for control and proper execution. However, you prefer not to maintain these systems once created, instead moving on to the next major project. You are more of a leader than a team player. While you engage with your team to contribute to solutions, you withdraw when conversations become overly social or political. You hold yourself and your direct reports to high standards, becoming critical when work doesn't meet expectations. You are thoughtful in your actions but also quick to act and impatient.
