Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a District Fitness Manager to oversee the Fitness team across multiple locations, with responsibilities including people leadership, recruiting, scheduling, payroll budgets, and elevating the member and staff experience.

Reporting to the Regional VP of Fitness, you will drive sales and financial performance while developing teams to ensure exceptional service, safety, and cleanliness across clubs in your district.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Fitness experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Leadership/Management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of multi-location management, overseeing 4-6 locations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fitness sales performance at the district level and implement improvements.
• Recruit, train, and develop gym managers and staff.
• Lead and manage a team of Fitness Managers and Personal Trainers across multiple locations.
• Analyze KPIs to drive operational effectiveness and growth.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
