Qualifications

• Oversee district accounting, including A/R, A/P, and cash management.
• Coordinate state and federal grant administration and reporting.
• Lead budget development, tax levy preparation, and annual audit processes.
• Manage the district's self-funded insurance program finances and claims processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the accounts receivable function and bank reconciliations.
• Administer accounts payable and monthly Board of Education check runs.
• Oversee district investments and cash flow.
• Prepare and submit grant reports (GATA, IDEA, ESEA, Preschool for All).
• Coordinate annual audit and financial records for external auditors.
