The District Engineer plans, organizes, directs, and reviews the activities of the Engineering Department, including capital project planning and environmental planning. This role also supervises staff and manages the District’s Capital Improvement Program.
Candidates must have a four-year degree in civil engineering or a related field and five years of professional engineering experience in the water/wastewater industry, including three years in a supervisory role. A California State Registration as a Professional Civil Engineer is required.
