Serves as the District Engineer for Stanly County. Will manage and coordinate construction and contract administration within the District. Directly supervises engineers, technicians and clerical staff and provides technical assistance on engineering problems. Supervises development of secondary road programs and preparation of plans for Division projects. Directs the review of plans for subdivisions and various types of permits and encroachments. Responds to inquiries from the public and local officials. Coordinates with local municipalities on zoning review cases. Acts as point of contact for municipalities and public.
