Job Description

The District Controller is responsible for preparing financial and operating reports, conducting financial analysis projects, and working directly with lead operators at each account. The role involves enforcing procedures to maximize profit, ensuring operational targets, and maintaining internal controls over inventories, cash, and equipment.

Compensation

The salary range is $110,000 to $130,000, based on experience and company estimates at posting time.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to improve margins
• Financial planning, analysis, and reporting
• Manage cash flow, banking, A/R, A/P, fixed assets, and capital expenditures
• Conduct audits and ensure contract compliance
• Maintain financial records in accordance with policies and regulations
• Train and develop finance and operations teams
• Communicate with clients regarding systems and reporting
• Support operational activities as directed
• Develop financial proformas for new business opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of financial experience, including AP/AR, payroll, and P&L management
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• Strong teamwork, budgeting, and reporting skills
• Adherence to accounting practices and controls
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and deadline management
• Organized, proactive, and capable of process improvement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
