Travel: This is a remote opportunity with approximately 30% travel within the DMV area.

Job Description

The District Controller is responsible for preparing financial and operating reports, conducting financial analysis projects, and working directly with lead operators at each account. The role involves enforcing procedures to maximize profit, ensuring operational targets, and maintaining internal controls over inventories, cash, and equipment.

Compensation

The salary range is $110,000 to $130,000, based on experience and company estimates at posting time.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve margins
  • Financial planning, analysis, and reporting

  • Maintain financial records in accordance with policies and regulations
  • Train and develop finance and operations teams

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years of financial experience, including AP/AR, payroll, and P&L management
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred

  • Adherence to accounting practices and controls
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and deadline management
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of process improvement
