Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Finance Specialist to partner with Corporate and Line of Business Finance teams. The role provides financial analysis of forecast, trends, monthly income statements, and ad hoc reports to support business decisions.

You will help build the annual plan and budget, monitor performance, and drive improvements using Aramark tools. Strong Excel and presentation skills are essential for executive-ready reporting.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business (finance or accounting preferred)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to adjust priorities to meet deadlines
• Advanced Excel; strong written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Supports the quarterly operating reviews and other executive management reports
• Recognizes opportunity and drives improvements with Aramark supplied software tools

• Analyzes productivity (food and labor), marketing and other business initiatives impact on financial results
• Responsible for dashboard accuracy / reconciliation (PMD, Labor Dashboard, etc.)
• Performs or compiles ad hoc analyses as the need arises

Job Description

The Finance Specialist works with the Corporate and Line of Business Finance teams. This position will provide a wide range of financial analysis regarding forecast, trends, monthly income statement, and ad hoc reports.
