Qualifications

• 3-4 years client service experience in a retail environment.
• 3-4 years sales and service experience with previous success in achieving sales and service goals in retail environment.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. May obtain notary authorization.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and perform maintenance; handle Teller drawer as needed.
• Engage clients through active calling, conversations, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal partners to address client needs and deliver the First Financial Bank Experience.
