ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for R&D Tax Credits.

In this role, you will sell R&D Tax Credits within a designated geographic territory to Mid-Market employers (50 to 999 employees). You will manage complete sales cycles, from gaining access to obtaining contract signatures, selling to both new prospects of ADP and existing HCM clients. ADP supports you with continuous training and advanced technology to help you succeed as you manage your book of business.

Daily, you will leverage tools, technology, and sales skills to gain access, build your pipeline, and advance opportunities. While partnering with other ADP sellers with existing relationships, your primary focus will be on self-generated sales pipeline, selling directly into company executives and financial contacts. You will also have access to SMEs from ADP’s Tax Credits Operations team to validate prospects’ eligibility for R&D and other Tax Credits.

Key qualities for success include integrity, resilience, positivity, and a 'refuse to lose' attitude. Sales roles have ebbs and flows, but challenges should motivate you. Requirements to Succeed: Required Qualifications
