The Clark County District Attorney's Office is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the District Attorney Team Clerk position. This position provides highly specialized, complex, technical, and confidential legal support to attorneys within the Criminal Division of the District Attorney's Office.

This examination will establish an Open Competitive Eligibility list to fill current and/or future vacancies that may occur within the next six (6) months or may be extended as needed by Human Resources.

Employment is contingent upon the results of a background investigation, which may include both a pre-and post-offer background check for positions within the District Attorney’s Office.
Education and Experience: Equivalent to graduation from high school and three (3) years of full-time experience in providing office support, two (2) years of which were in a court, legal, or similar environment requiring the use of legal terminology and the processing of legal documents. Professional level experience and/or education that has provided the skills and knowledge necessary to perform all job functions at this level may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.

Working Conditions: May require working evening, night, weekend and holiday shifts. Specific positions may be exposed to potentially difficult or dangerous individuals.
