The role focuses on fleet optimization, safety program deployment, and compliance with OSHA/DOT standards across locations, preparing you to become a future district or branch manager.

Qualifications

• Must be a current Herc Rentals employee with a minimum of 2 years of Herc Rentals experience.
• Applicants must be able to relocate within the assigned district.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support profit and loss reporting, budgetary planning, and operational reviews across assigned branches
• Conduct operational reviews and process improvements within the district
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers at multiple branch locations
• Assist with employee relations and staffing levels, supporting branch teams as needed
• Participate in fleet management and optimization across the district
• Develop, implement, and train staff on safety plans and procedures
• Ensure Federal compliance with OSHA regulations and DOT standards at all district branches
• Conduct audits and support compliance initiatives
• Collaborate with the District Manager and branch managers to drive operational excellence
