Summary
CHS, Inc. is hiring for a Distributor Operations Manager to support our lubricants division. This role oversees CLT (Cenex Lubricants Terminal) operations, ensuring optimal inventory levels, and upholding quality standards for CENEX branded lubricants from supply to distribution. Responsibilities include collaborating with the CLT distribution network and member-owners to ensure timely deliveries, establishing and monitoring performance metrics, and supporting a key transformation project to optimize strategies and efficiencies.
This role is hybrid, working 3 days/week in the Inver Grove Heights, MN office.
