Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• No prior professional experience required; coursework or part‑time experience in a related area is a plus.
• Interest in ERP and EDI systems (SAP exposure a plus, not required).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational ability, and comfort managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating distributor supply chain and operations touchpoints.
• Help communicate updates on backorders, product availability, and alternative solutions to internal stakeholders.
• Support tracking of open orders, shipment status, labeling issues, and resolution updates.
• Help keep distributor agreements and documentation organized and current.
• Support monitoring of EDI order flow performance and assist with process improvement efforts.
