Market America, a Global Product Brokerage and Internet Marketing company specializing in One-to-One Marketing, is seeking an experienced Distributor Marketing Content Producer for our Team.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a Distributor Marketing Content Producer to help shape and elevate the experience of our UnFranchise Owners from day one. In this role, you will lead the creation of content that drives engagement, inspires action, and empowers success across the distributor journey—from onboarding through skill development and training.

This individual will bring creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong sense of visual communication to produce engaging video, digital campaigns, and educational assets. With an eye on innovation, you'll leverage cutting-edge tools (including AI) to continuously improve content delivery, personalization, and performance.

This position partners closely with cross-functional leaders in Growth, Business Integration, and Marketing to deliver a best-in-class user experience, rooted in insights and aligned with our broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Elevate the Distributor Experience
    • Lead the development of impactful first-touch experiences for new UnFranchise Owners (Distributors/Representatives)
    • Build and manage content that supports onboarding, training, and sales enablement
    • Deliver engaging digital assets that increase retention, satisfaction, and learning outcomes
  2. Create High-Impact Content
    • Produce compelling, visually-driven content including video, digital media, infographics, and e-learning tools
    • Design materials that are informative, motivational, and easy to digest for a distributed audience
    • Utilize AI, Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, and other platforms to streamline creation and scale delivery
  3. Foster Innovation & Learning
    • Continuously identify new trends and tools to improve the content experience
    • Work closely with LMS and digital learning platforms to curate and upload training content
    • Participate in testing and iterating new content formats, delivery methods, and automation strategies
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with internal teams across Growth, Marketing, and Technology to align content with business objectives
    • Translate high-level strategy into actionable content assets that support distributor success
    • Ensure brand consistency and UX best practices across touchpoints.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or digital training development
  • Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, CapCut (or similar), and video editing tools
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles, responsive design, and mobile-first content
  • Understanding of data-informed content strategies and performance optimization
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience with consumer brands or direct-selling organizations a plus
