Fintech in Tampa, FL is seeking a Distributor Data Analyst to partner with the Distributor Strategy Team. The role focuses on transforming distributor data into actionable insights using Power BI and supporting onboarding, activation, and ROI initiatives for alcohol distributors across Fintech’s retailer network.

You will collaborate with internal support teams, optimize SOPs for distributor lists, and report on key initiatives.

Distributor Data Analyst

Join Fintech in Tampa, FL as a Distributor Data Analyst! The Distributor Data Analyst partners with the Distributor Strategy Team to increase the percentage of Fintech retail customers with targeted distributors. The Analyst also partners with internal Fintech support teams to improve the standard operating procedures for submitting distributor customer lists. The Analyst must have alcohol distributor experience and an understanding of the alcohol 3‑Tier system.

Essentials Functions

• Support new distributor onboarding to maximize retailer relationships and secure customer lists.
• Track and measure performance to determine distributor ROI.
• Educate distributors on Fintech ROI and benefits.
• Assist in communicating and executing all support tools provided.
• Establish relationships with key decision‑makers at each distributor.
• Understand specific operational opportunities within distributors.
• Support Distributor Account Managers with development, execution, and recap of distributor incentive programs.
• Work cross‑functionally within the FT Support Teams to leverage insights and target appropriate retailer accounts.
• Identify and report on key distributor initiatives including progress, results and recommended next steps.
• Contribute to development of distributor programming and support material for efficient onboarding of Fintech retailers.
• Customer List Analysis tasks.
• Monitoring of all DEFT/AFS requests.
• Follow‑up with distributors who were sent requests and provide results and gaps.
• Communicate all distributor results regularly with DAMs.
• Follow up with customers to help complete their enrollment.
• Analyze non‑FT tab for multi‑locations and provide to SMB team.
• Transform raw data into meaningful insights through interactive visualizations and reports using Power BI.
