Lee Enterprises, The Times division, is seeking part-time Distribution Warehouse Workers in Hammond, IN. Starting hourly pay is $19.00. The role involves opening/closing the warehouse, stacking newspapers, and delivering replacements on routes while keeping the facility safe and clean.

Mileage reimbursement is provided for vehicle use. Qualifications include ability to work 12am–3am shifts, unload stacks of newspapers, move around the warehouse, follow safety policies, and work

Qualifications

• Ability to start shift between 12am-3am and end shift around 9am.
• Unload and stack bundles of newspapers (approx. 30 lbs).
• Move around the warehouse, inside and outside.
• Follow company safety guidelines and policies.
• Work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks of distribution center operations as assigned by management.
• Assist in opening and closing the warehouse.
• Stack newspapers to designated areas and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Deliver open routes and replacement copies when needed.
• Receive mileage reimbursement when using your vehicle for work purposes.

The Times, a division of Lee Enterprises, Inc is currently looking for part-time Distribution Warehouse Workers for our Hammond, IN location. Starting Hourly Pay is $19.00. This part time position (30-35hrs/wk) performs the daily tasks of distribution center operations as assigned by management. Assists in opening and closing the warehouse, stacking newspapers to designated areas, maintaining safety and cleanliness of warehouse, delivery of open routes and replacement copies when needed. Receives mileage reimbursement when using your vehicle for work purposes.

Qualifications:

• Ability to start shift between 12am-3am and end shift around 9am
• Ability to unload and stack bundles of newspapers (approx. 30 lbs)
• Ability to move around the warehouse, both inside and outside
• Ability to follow company safety guidelines and policies
• Ability to work weekends and holidays

Requirements:

• No previous experience required, training available
• Reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
