Job summary

Palmer-Donavin in Bluffton, IN is seeking a Distribution Warehouse Associate to accurately receive, store, pick, load and ship products while supporting safe and efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or operations environments preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, order pickers, hand dollies, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Receive inbound freight and accurately stock materials within the warehouse.
• Pull, package, and ship outbound freight according to order specifications.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Lift and handle materials up to 75 pounds for products requiring special handling.
• Support daily warehouse operations while following established safety procedures and operational standards.
