Job summary

Paycom in Duncan, SC is seeking a Distribution Warehouse Associate to accurately receive, store, pick, load, and ship products while supporting safe and efficient warehouse operations.

You will contribute to inventory accuracy, meeting shipping deadlines, and delivering reliable service to customers; the role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, or operations environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, order pickers, hand dollies, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Receive inbound freight and accurately stock materials within the warehouse.
• Pull, package, and ship outbound freight according to order specifications.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Lift and handle materials up to 75 pounds for products requiring special handling.
• Support daily warehouse operations while following established safety procedures and operational standards.
