Job summary

World Market in Windsor, CT is hiring full-time/part-time warehouse associates. You will load/unload merchandise, operate equipment, and assist with stocking while maintaining safety and productivity.

We offer shifts, competitive hourly wages with a 1.00/hour second shift differential, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and an employee discount. Benefits begin after 30 days for full-time staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load/unload merchandise manually and with equipment.
• Operate Reach truck lift, Walkie-Rider, Forklift, Stock-Picker.
• Use RF Scanner with Warehouse Management System.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Maintain safety and complete daily logs and checklists.
• Work at elevated heights where applicable.
• Support other departments as needed.
