Job summary

Core & Main, based in St. Louis, invites recent graduates to join a 12-month development program designed to build leadership and operational skills through exposure to multiple facets of our distribution business.

You will engage with sales and operations teams and participate in onsite and online training as you begin your career with us. Ideal candidates are recent graduates with BS/BA, less than 2 years of professional experience, and demonstrated leadership in activities or organizations.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required or expected in spring.
• Less than 2 years of professional experience.
• Previous leadership experience in sports or school organizations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month program exposing you to multiple aspects of Core & Main's business.
• Develop leadership and operational skills through onsite training and online learning catalog.
• Collaborate with teams across sales and operations to understand distribution business.
