Job summary

Core & Main invites recent graduates to join a 12-month training program designed to develop future leaders in sales and operations of our distribution business. Based in the United States, the program offers exposure to multiple facets of the business, hands-on learning, and opportunities to advance within our organization.

You should have a BS/BA and a demonstrated leadership record, with limited professional experience.

Qualifications

• Less than 2 years of professional experience (excluding internships).
• Leadership experience in sports or school organizations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month program exposing you to multiple aspects of the business.
• Gain exposure to sales and operations of a distribution business and receive hands-on development.
