Job summary

Ethicon, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Distribution Technology Manager, Memphis Logistics Center. The role leads system projects within the NA Deliver Network and acts as the product owner for the MARC WMS at the Memphis Logistics Center.

You will manage internal staff and external contractors, driving deployments of WMS, YMS, WCS, and TMS, while guiding design, testing, and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, IT, or related field.
• At least 3 years in a warehouse environment.
• Strong analytical and data management with process improvement experience.
• Experience with MARC WMS platform preferred.
• Ability to communicate across departments and influence at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Knowledge of SAP and distribution systems (WMS/TMS/WCS).

Responsibilities

• Lead Deliver Workstream on key distribution projects.
• Develop project team structure and resourcing.
• Own user stories, requirements, UAT, and training.
• Coordinate internal staff and external contractors.
• Drive cost efficiencies and technology improvements.
• Benchmark and evaluate distribution processes.
• Support cross-sector deployments of WMS, TMS, and similar systems.
