Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a night shift operator to support quality control, label inspection, and packaging tasks. The role requires close attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and adherence to safety standards.

You will use the ERP system to log time and materials and coordinate with couriers to ensure on‑time shipments. The ideal candidate has a HS diploma or GED and can stay on site during night shifts, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for 2–3 hours per shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have close and color vision to detect defects.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, separate, slot, and package label/print products to meet deadlines.
• Maintain quality control standards throughout the shift.
• Log time and materials in the ERP system accurately.
• Ensure shipments are completed correctly and double‑check shipments.

Perform and support all leads, supervisors, and staff members with operational functions of quality control, label inspection and separation, packaging, special instructions and shipping in order to meet the delivery deadlines of each customer while maintaining all quality standards.

Work Shift: Night Shift, 1:45AM‑8:00AM Thursday, 7:45PM‑8:00AM Thursday‑Saturday.

We are offering a $500 Sign‑On Bonus for eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, separate, slot, and package all label/print products.
• Maintain quality control standards.
• Use the ERP system to log time and materials.
• Ensure shipments are completed correctly and double‑check shipments.
• Communicate issues and liaise with courier companies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Work overtime if needed.

Qualifications

• Stand 2–3 hours—full time, use hands and fingers, reach, and lift 50 pounds.
• Have close and color vision.
• Possess a high school diploma or GED.
• No supervisory responsibilities.
