Job summary

You will inspect, separate, and package label products, act as the final quality checkpoint, support logistics with digital tracking, and maintain a safe, organized workspace by following SOPs and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Detail-Oriented: you have a 'close vision' for accuracy and can distinguish colors to meet high-quality specifications.
• Reliable: punctuality and consistent attendance are vital to the team's success.
• Adaptable: willing to step outside duties to help a coworker or adjust to shifting production priorities.
• Physical Agility: able to stand for your shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Precision Finishing: inspect, separate, and package label products according to quality standards and customer instructions.
• Quality Assurance: act as the final checkpoint for shipments, identifying printing or lamination errors before they reach the customer.
• Logistics Support: use digital tracking systems to log materials and coordinate with couriers for on-time deliveries.

Starting Hiring Rate: $17-18/hr

Potential Shifts:

Day Shift: Sunday - Tuesday 5am - 5pm, Wednesday 5am - 11am

Day Shift: Wednesday 11am - 5pm, Thursday - Saturday 5am - 5pm

Night Shift:Sunday - Tuesday 5pm - 5am, Wednesday 5pm - 11pm

Night Shift:Wednesday 11pm - 5am, Thursday - Saturday 5pm - 5am
