Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a detail-oriented Distribution Technician to ensure our customers receive high-quality products on time. You will inspect, separate, and package label products to meet strict quality standards and customer instructions.

You will log materials, coordinate with couriers for on-time deliveries, and uphold safety SOPs and PPE requirements. High school diploma or GED is required; lifting up to 50 lbs is expected. Starting rate: $17-18/hr.

What You Will Do (Day-to-Day):

• Precision Finishing: Accurately inspect, separate, and package label products according to specific quality standards and customer instructions.


• Quality Assurance: Act as the final checkpoint for shipments, identifying any printing or lamination errors before they reach the customer.


• Logistics Support: Utilize our digital tracking systems to log materials and coordinate with couriers to ensure on-time deliveries.


• Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE requirements.

Who You Are (Qualifications):

• Detail-Oriented: You have a \"close vision\" for accuracy and can distinguish colors to meet high-quality specifications.


• Reliable: You understand that punctuality and consistent attendance are vital to the team's success.


• Adaptable: You are willing to step outside your assigned duties to help a coworker or adjust to shifting production priorities.

Starting Hiring Rate: $17-18/hr

Potential Shifts:

• Day Shift: Sunday - Tuesday 5am - 5pm, Wednesday 5am - 11am


• Day Shift: Wednesday 11am - 5pm, Thursday - Saturday 5am - 5pm


• Night Shift: Sunday - Tuesday 5pm - 5am, Wednesday 5pm - 11pm


• Night Shift: Wednesday 11pm - 5am, Thursday - Saturday 5pm - 5am - IMMEDIATE NEED
