This role involves performing warehouse tasks, primarily without the use of Material Handling Equipment, including unloading, receiving, processing inbound shipments, bin replenishment, and preparing pick locations. You will accurately pick, pack, sort, and load outbound products, ensuring safety, accuracy, and timeliness.

Responsibilities

1. Receiving: Unload pallets manually, verify and document inbound shipments using RF equipment or Voice Pick Technology.
2. LUM Picking: Select products based on Voice Pick Technology or RF scanner, place into totes.
3. Sortation: Prepare and move cartons and totes to designated areas.
4. Loading: Use RF scanners and pallet jacks to load trucks correctly.
5. General Requirements: Follow procedures, maintain safety and cleanliness, conduct inventories, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of math, reading, and other topics; warehouse experience a plus
• Ability to apply instructions, work in a team, and pay attention to detail
• Dependability and willingness to learn new equipment and technology

Additional Requirements

• Pass pre-employment screening
• Ability to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to operate equipment, lift up to 50 lbs, and work on concrete floors
• Effective communication in English
