Ameren Missouri seeks a Distribution System Operating Supervisor to direct field crews in the safe and cost-efficient operation of the subtransmission and distribution system, ensuring continuous electric service and rapid outage restoration.
The DSOS I/II role requires a high school diploma (BS preferred), and 2+ years of relevant experience. Candidates must pass the SO/PD II Test and be prepared for rotating shifts and emergency response duties.

The Distribution System Operating Supervisor is responsible for directing field personnel in the operation of the subtransmission and distribution system in a safe and cost effective manner to ensure continuity of electric service to customers as well as restore electric service to customers in a timely manner.
Ameren’s selection process includes a series of interviews and may include candidate testing and/or an individual aptitude or skill-based assessment. Specific details will be provided to qualified candidates.
Compensation Range: $84,400.00 - $162,900.00 * This pay range encompasses multiple levels of the role. Career level and compensation depends upon applicant’s credentials. At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
