Job summary

Roberts Oxygen in Orlando, FL is seeking a dedicated Distribution Supervisor to lead a team of drivers and ensure safe, timely deliveries. You will coach staff on the plant docks and in trucks, while coordinating routes and maintaining strong customer relations.

The role requires CDL experience, supervisory background, and knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations. Bachelor-level business education is preferred and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
• 2 years supervisory experience managing a team of 5+.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and coordinate daily routes.
• Provide coaching on docks and in trucks.
• Assist with or back-up driving coverage as needed.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance (DOT/FMCSA).
• Maintain customer relations and coordinate with internal teams.
