Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for a specialized process within the Distribution Center in a multi-shift, high-volume environment.
• Ensure safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost targets for the department.
• Coach and monitor attendance, productivity, and performance standards; provide counseling as needed.
• Drive process improvements through Eaton Business Systems and collaborate with Plant Manager/Inventory Control/EHS.
• Support zero-incident culture, maximize output, and improve location accuracy and cost efficiency.
