Job summary

Boston Scientific in Massachusetts is seeking a Distribution Supervisor at our U.S. Tier 1 Distribution Center to lead outbound operations including picking, packing, shipping and special handling for domestic and international customers.

You will drive process improvements with Lean Six Sigma, monitor performance metrics, optimize staffing with labor models, ensure outbound accuracy, and collaborate with stakeholders to sustain high-performance logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 6 years of leadership experience.
• Minimum 3 years distribution experience.
• Minimum 8 years medical device distribution experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.
