DCL Logistics is seeking a Distribution Supervisor in Louisville, KY to oversee daily order processing, guide a team of 15-20 associates, and drive operational excellence. The role emphasizes productivity, safety, and adherence to ISO 9001/14001 standards within a fast-paced e-commerce distribution environment.

Ideal candidates bring at least three years of supervisory experience in logistics, strong leadership, and a track record of meeting service level goals.

Formación

• Minimum of three years of experience in an e-commerce distribution center.
• Experience with B2B operations is a plus.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment.
• Degree in Business Administration/Management or related field is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily order processing operations to ensure accuracy and on-time fulfillment.
• Develop and execute daily operational plans to meet or exceed productivity and service level goals.
• Provide effective leadership, guidance, and coaching to a team of 15-20 distribution associates, ensuring consistent performance and professional growth.
• Conduct daily team meetings, performance check-ins, and support employee recognition initiatives to foster a positive and communicative work environment.
• Monitor and maintain operational reports and metrics to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Promote and enforce health and safety protocols, reinforcing a culture of safety throughout the facility.
• Adheres to 5S Standards
• Maintain compliance to ISO 9001 and 14001 standards
• Perform other job responsibilities, as necessary and/or assigned
