Distribution Specialist (Warehouse Worker 3)
Pay: $20.00/hour, paid weekly
Hours: Monday–Friday; 8:00AM–4:30PM (OT as needed)
Location: Clinton, PA, 15026 (100% Onsite) Overview This is a 3-month contract role with the potential for full-time conversion based on business needs and performance. The Distribution Specialist will support shipping, receiving, and inventory activities in a regulated distribution environment, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, safety, and compliance. Job Description

• Perform inbound/outbound handling of finished goods (hazardous and non-hazardous).
• Use pick lists to receive and ship goods; input accurate transactions into Oracle system.
• Organize and label goods for traceability and compliance.
• Verify all incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Support inventory transfers, cycle counts, and reconciliation efforts.
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck).
• Maintain clean and safe workspace per 5S and ISO 14001 standards.
• Quarantine non-conforming items and support disposition.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and logistics partners.
• Comply with all safety protocols and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of forklift operation experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
