Job summary

SmallBiz Staffing, LLC is seeking a reliable Distribution Specialist/Packer for a local distribution center in Crossville, TN. This 2nd shift role runs Mon-Fri 3PM-11PM with mandatory Saturday work and overtime as needed.

You will pack, repack, and organize parts with dunnage for shipment, and maintain a clean, safe workstation. The job requires the ability to lift at least 50 lbs, dependable transportation, and comfort with repetitive tasks and standing for long periods.
