Hackensack Meridian Health seeks a Supervisor for Sup, Distribution Services to lead the Central Distribution team. The role involves inventorying supplies, verifying deliveries, stocking par locations, and coordinating receiving, warehouse, and distribution tasks. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

The position requires an Associate's Degree and at least 5 years in a complex supply chain environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Central Distribution team and oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution activities.
• Inventory supplies, verify and sign for incoming deliveries, and stock par locations.
• Plan, organize, schedule and coordinate functions of receiving, warehouse and replenishment to par locations.
• Serve as Materials Management liaison to internal customers and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
• Maintain high level of internal customer service and effective communication.

The Sup, Distribution Services is the direct Supervisor of the Central Distribution team members. Responsible for team members that inventory supplies, verify and sign for incoming deliveries, and stock par locations. Analyzes/adjusts par levels, coordinates work schedule of others. Plans, organizes, schedules, and oversees the functions of receiving, the warehouse, and supply distribution and replenishment to the par locations. Materials Management liaison to customers within scope of service. Responsible for a high level of internal customer service to ensure that supplies are delivered to end users in a timely manner.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Associate's Degree
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a complex supply chain environment.
• Demonstrates analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
