In support of this goal, we are looking for a Distribution Services Placement Coordinator to join our team in our Seattle office.
What does a Distribution Services Placement Coordinator do?
The Distribution Services Placement Coordinatoris responsible for performing daily tissue distribution tasks in a manner that maintains and improves distribution relationships with local, national, and international surgeons and eye banks. Specific responsibilities include ensuring tissue is distributed in a fair and equitable manner, coordinating shipping logistics for domestic and international orders, and providing support for other areas in our operations team. On a daily basis, this position helps ensure that our customers - surgeons all across the world - are able to get what they need when they need it so that they can successfully complete their corneal transplant surgeries for their patients and help them regain their eyesight. What else should I know about this position?
This is a full-time, hourly position, scheduled for 40 hrs/week on a 4-day, 10 hours per day schedule; the weekly schedule includes both weekend days and holidays. This role is a hybrid position, mostly working from home, 1x a month required in the office with additional days in the office for training and team activities.

What compensation and benefits do you offer?
The minimum hourly rate for this position is $23.09/hour and the maximum hourly rate is $25.52/hour. Individual compensation will vary within this range based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience as they relate to the requirements for this position.
