DSM in INDUSTRIAL BU is responsible for growing TE Industrial sales and increasing market share through the global Channel Partners, regional Channel Partners and local distributors at the POP and POS level in the assigned market, by account management. Strong and positive communication with distributors is paramount to train and support them so they can effectively sell the TE product. The job is to effectively negotiate with the relevant SVs, reporting customer needs and requirements. Efficiently manage branch execution of the distributor's corporate plans, including managing all market business reviews, and driving engagement and accountability.
