Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in construction science, engineering, or related field.
• Eight years of experience may be accepted in lieu of education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a self‑directed Reliability Consultant and SME for improving distribution system performance.
• Evaluate Worst Performing Circuits and investigate outage events to identify corrective actions.
• Develop work orders for repair/replacement/rehabilitation of major assets and coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Planning.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, cost effectiveness, and asset health in project solutions.
• Provide technical recommendations balancing load growth and customer impact while driving reliability initiatives.
