Watts Water Technologies is looking for a Quality Manager to lead our Distribution Center Quality Management System in Groveport, Ohio. You will supervise quality team members and ensure order accuracy, damage prevention, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of quality or operations experience in a distribution environment.
• Ability to work with Customer/Supplier representatives on all quality related issues.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail.

Responsibilities

• Own DC Quality Management System including SOPs and audit calendar.
• Define and publish DC quality KPIs and lead root cause analysis.
• Implement pick audits and set packaging standards.
