Job summary

KleenMark is seeking a Distribution Portfolio Manager to own and grow an established $2.5 million book of loyal customers who buy janitorial products, chemicals, consumables, and equipment. You will retain revenue, lead quarterly reviews, and attach maintenance programs to sales while building new distribution accounts.

You will work with logistics and purchasing teams to ensure excellent service. A background in B2B sales, with CRM experience and a valid driver’s license, is required for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B account management or outside sales experience.
• Jan/san, facility supply, or industrial distribution experience preferred.
• Comfort selling consumables, chemicals, and equipment to facility and purchasing decision-makers.
• Strong CRM habits; HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
• Established $2.5 million book of business to manage from day one.
• Competitive base salary plus commission on growth and new business.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow revenue across an established portfolio of distribution customers in healthcare, manufacturing, education, municipalities, and commercial facilities
• Lead quarterly business reviews with top accounts
• Attach recurring consumables, chemical, and preventive maintenance programs to equipment sales
• Spot declining or lost accounts early and build a plan to win them back
• Bring in new distribution accounts and refer cleaning service leads to our Business Development team
• Work closely with Logistics and Purchasing teams to deliver great service

KleenMark is growing, and we are building the team to keep up. We recently realigned our sales organization to scale faster, and that created a brand-new seat: Distribution Portfolio Manager.

This is not a cold-start sales role. You will take ownership of an established $2.5 million book of loyal customers who buy janitorial products, chemicals, consumables, and equipment from KleenMark Distribution every month. Your job is to take great care of them, grow what they buy, and bring new accounts in the door.

What you will do

• Retain and grow revenue across an established portfolio of distribution customers in healthcare, manufacturing, education, municipalities, and commercial facilities

What you bring

• 5+ years of B2B account management or outside sales experience, with a track record of growing an existing book
• Jan/san, facility supply, or industrial distribution experience (strongly preferred)
• Comfort selling consumables, chemicals, and equipment to facility and purchasing decision-makers
• Strong CRM habits (HubSpot is a plus)
• A valid driver’s license
• Start with revenue on day one: an established $2.5 million book, not a blank territory
